Investment Holding Vehicles

Our experience involves the acquisition and holding of assets through entities generally based in tax neutral jurisdictions. The nature of the assets include anything capable of generating a commercial benefit including loan notes, private equity and intellectual property.

Joint Ventures

We form and administer joint venture vehicles for investors brought together by common interests and common investment opportunities. We assist to the extent required throughout the life of the joint venture, in particular, understanding the jurisdictional requirements and guiding the parties through the corporate governance process.

Corporate Acquisitions and Disposals

We have been involved in the acquisition of target entities as well as the disposal of non-core elements of a business. We can assist in the due diligence process and any subsequent restructuring and corporate actions.

Structured Finance
