Tenancy Matters

We can make comprehensive assessments relating to the financial strength of potential and existing tenants throughout the properties that we administer. Taking account of the length of the leases, the maintenance of security deposit accounts and, where applicable, special retail issues, are among the matters which we consider at the outset and throughout the life of the investment.
