Establishing a Fund

Launching a fund can be a time consuming and labour intensive process. Our Fund Services Division can assist with this process by:

• reviewing and commenting on the drafting of the fund documentation
• managing the process for obtaining the necessary consents, permits and licences
• appointing and liaising with the team of advisors
• acting in the role of project manager within the team of advisors to ensure that continual progress is achieved within the required timeframe
• providing standard document templates for such processes as subscription applications and confirmations
