He sits on the boards of a number of companies, some of which include high profile joint ventures as well as large scale real estate development projects in the UK.
Saffron has worked with our corporate clients for a number of years and has a particular strength in relation to the administration, financing and refinancing of property holding structures. She also played an important role in the development of our structured finance department.
Joanne has worked in the finance industry for 21 years, with the last 9 years spent working with corporate clients. She has worked on industry consultation panels in relation to such matters as the introduction of the ‘Zero/Ten’ regime in Jersey, in addition to being involved with the first listing of a Jersey Protected Cell Company. Part of Joanne’s role is to develop relationships with our clients and intermediaries who are based in the Middle East.
Mat heads up our specialist Marine & Aviation team providing a wide range of services relating to yacht and aircraft ownership and operation. He has over 13 years commercial experience in this niche sector as well as a wealth of practical experience gained from a lifelong passion for the yachting world.
Nigel acts as a director on a number of companies that are administered by our Corporate division and has been involved in many significant property transactions, adding value through his extensive experience gained in this industry over a number of years.
Donna heads up a team who focus predominantly on property unit trust structures as well as large UK commercial property structures. On a day-to-day basis, the team carry out various tasks in relation to the properties which they administer including lease renewals and tenant vetting.
Lucy manages a team who specialise in joint venture arrangements on behalf of clients based in the UK and the Middle East. The structures are involved in, amongst other areas, engineering, real estate construction, commodity refining and development of financial infrastructure.
Anthony acts as client manager for entities which are involved in a diverse range of activities such as real estate planning and development, commodity refining and mining.
Working in our Client Accounts department, Sarah’s role involves preparing consolidations, formulating and monitoring cash projections, predominantly for real estate developments and reviewing accounts.
